Questions about pricing?
What happens after 30 days?
Nothing, unless you choose a plan. Your account is frozen and no automatic invoice follows. You activate a plan whenever you want.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrading is immediate and the difference is calculated pro rata. If your team outgrows the limit, you move to the next plan.
How do I pay?
Annual plan: Bancontact, iDEAL or credit card. Monthly plan: credit card. Your invoices are in your account and, for Belgian companies, also arrive automatically via Peppol in your accounting software.
Can I cancel?
Yes. A monthly plan runs until the end of the paid month. An annual plan is a one-off payment without automatic renewal: it simply stops.
