What happens after 30 days?
If you do nothing, your account is frozen. No automatic invoices, no surprises. You choose when to activate a plan.
Why not one flat price?
Because an employer with 2 employees should not pay a rate designed for 50. Hence three team sizes, each with every feature: up to 3, up to 10 and up to 25 employees. Growing? You move to the next plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade partway through?
Yes, at any time. You pay pro rata for the remainder of the month.
Are there any setup fees?
No. No setup, no activation, no per-user cost within your plan.
How does the annual discount work?
With annual billing you save approximately 22% compared to monthly billing.
Does Cloxo have discount codes?
Sometimes. Any running promotion is always listed on our page about the Cloxo discount code. Codes from coupon sites do not work: every code is validated when you enter it. Even without a code you save 22% by paying annually.
Can I cancel?
Absolutely. Monthly plans: until the end of the current month. Annual plans: until the end of the year.
