Where do you enter a discount code?
You do not enter a code when creating your account, because the first 30 days are free anyway. You use it at the moment you pick a paid plan:
- Log in and go to your dashboard at app.cloxo.app.
- Choose your plan and your billing rhythm (monthly or annual).
- Click Enter discount code, type the code and click Apply.
- The discount is confirmed on screen straight away. Then you check out.

Three ways to pay less, without a code
A discount code is nice, but temporary. These three savings are permanent and need no code.
1. Thirty days free, no payment details
You test Cloxo for a full month with your real team, without a credit card and without a cancellation procedure. Nothing is charged automatically: after 30 days you decide for yourself whether to continue.
2. Annual billing: roughly 22% cheaper

3. You pay per team, not per location or per device
This is the quiet saving most people overlook. With classic time clock systems you pay for a device per site and often a licence per user. Here is how it works: accountant partners choose to receive no commission and give their clients a discount instead. If you register through your accountant’s link, that discount is automatically waiting when you take a subscription. So ask them before you sign up yourself, because it cannot be added afterwards.
Watch the combination: a discount code and your accountant’s discount do not stack. The last discount applied is the one that counts. If you still enter a code at checkout, that code replaces the accountant discount for that payment.
Why coupon sites have no working codes
Coupon sites earn money from visitors, not from codes that work. So they publish lists of invented or long-expired codes, hoping you will click through anyway. For a young product like Cloxo that is especially obvious: we do not pass our codes to those sites, so anything you find there is by definition not ours.
Every code is checked on entry against three things: does the code exist, has it not expired, and has the maximum number of redemptions not been reached. A made-up code does not survive that check. All you lose is your time.

The terms of a Cloxo code
Codes differ from one another, but these properties always apply:
- A percentage off, never a fixed amount. That keeps the discount proportional to your plan.
- A duration: once on your first invoice, for a number of months, or permanently for as long as your subscription runs.
- Possibly an expiry date after which the code can no longer be entered.
- Possibly a maximum number of redemptions across all customers. Once they are gone, they are gone.
- Sometimes new customers only, when it concerns an introductory promotion.
- Never stackable with another discount: the last discount applied replaces the previous one.
What a code does not change: your features. All plans contain the same capabilities (QR, PIN, app, breaks, live attendance, exports and audit log); only team size differs. A discount makes Cloxo cheaper, never more limited.

Sometimes. Cloxo uses temporary promo codes that we issue ourselves, for example during a campaign, at a trade fair or through a partner. If a public promotion is running, the code is shown at the top of this page. If there is no code, no public promotion is running at the moment. We never hand our codes to coupon sites.
Where do I enter my discount code?
In the app, at the moment you pick a paid plan. Go to your dashboard, choose your plan and click “Enter discount code”. Type the code and click “Apply”. The discount percentage appears immediately, before you confirm the payment. If the code does not work, you see straight away why: expired, no longer available, or invalid.
Do the discount codes on coupon sites work?
No. Coupon sites often generate codes that never existed, or show expired ones to attract visitors. Every Cloxo code is checked the moment you enter it: does it exist, has it expired, and has the maximum number of redemptions been reached. A made-up code is simply rejected.
How much do I save without a discount code?

No, the last discount applied is the one that counts. If you arrived through an accountant partner’s link, that discount is waiting for you at checkout. If you enter a discount code at that same moment, the code replaces the accountant discount for that payment. So pick the more advantageous of the two deliberately.
Does a discount code apply to my next invoices too?
That depends on the code. A code can apply once, run for a number of months, or last for as long as your subscription does. Some codes are also limited to new customers, or carry an expiry date or a maximum number of redemptions. The exact terms are always stated with the code.
